“Wonder Yoga”

“Yoga.” I put it in Google and got a lot of pictures. And maybe I’m the one who’s getting dull and creaky, but I felt that most of it radiated about the same as if I’d googled gymnastics or fitness.
Doesn’t yoga mean “getting in touch with God”? My experience with yoga is an evening course via NBV in the eightties. We were in a room at a nursing home in the small Dalecarlia town where I grew up. “Hatha yoga” was it. And so I know there’s a direction called “Gnana yoga” (?). But it should be thoughts of a certain quality, and performed with some discipline, one can imagine… “Bhakti yoga”, to serve others, helpfulness.
In another post the other day, I hatched the expression “Wonder yoga”. (It wasn’t entirely new, I remember pondering on it last winter as well.) That expression strikes me somehow. Wonder, and I don’t mean only, or primarily, an elated, grand feeling or experience. But something else. Or something else as well.
I’m going to watch Friday’s finale of Idol. “Hang loose,” the host says when it’s between two participants at the end. To “hang loose” in relation to the answers to the big questions. That actually comes close to what I mean.
