Ambivalence, example
Coffee went, but good.
… But my intellectual work /laughter/ requires coffee. And then it's good too, so there's a bit of a borderline case, you could say. But I mean coffee is also a form of drug, in a way, it's such a stimulant. yes… -p2
Exercise, running
I train a lot of other things, gyms and in the past I ran a lot, but now unfortunately I have a knee that is a little bad, so I can't run. I go to the gym and yes, bike. And we go a lot, of course. -p1 (also Ambiv, Health) -p1
Martinus people–
I haven't been to so many, I've only been to three different ones like this then, but there's a positive view throughout the meeting, in their conversations, as well as in the meeting with each other. Calm and positive, and kind of hopeful as well, you believe in life and that it becomes something good and is something good. As in some way yes a calm and positive and safe atmosphere it is on these, and I think that bodes well. And there is an openness, and you might swear a little sometimes. -p3
Martinus people–
[Me: Hmm. You can't recognize them in any way.
No. From the look, you mean.
[Me: Yes]
No
[Me: No jewelry]
No, you can't see anything. It's very mixed with Martinus, I think, when you go on these things… Meet people, if you go to a talk… They have all sorts of jobs. Working in offices, and banking, and all sorts of things, very, very down-to-earth people. Very little new age, if you think like new age, you almost always see that, in clothes and style and so on. But you don't do that with Martinus, they look very mundane everyone there.
[Me: But this short… What makes them interested… They live their normal lives and]
But it must be that they have the questions, and a spiritual interest, but they have no intention or desire to join any group. And here we are in the group and we dress so and so on. It kind of doesn't exist. But they have spiritual interests and then they've found… You can find Martinus alone. Everyone who attends these lectures has found Martinus himself. Because I think you have to do that. Many other sects like this… You go to meetings and then you get information together, and together you kind of get interested and taken by that somehow. But Martinus… Everyone who meets already has that. I think you can find it yourself. You get in touch with it… You have to sit and read these books on your own. They are quite large, so not everyone can read them. I think that's a special type that can sit around and do it. -p4
I don't believe in changing genders.
but Martinus is perhaps still the one that I think I have taken the most from, although there is one element where I think he has straight out WRONG
[Me: Yes]
An incredibly painful process to swallow that piece, actually. He's still the one I'm picking up. Or I think that's what I do the most…
[Me: Usually you think you take a worldview completely, but I get so curious… If it's a piece]
Like I said… They don't say exactly the same thing here. But they have… I guess that's where I land. Martinus has an idea that you are reborn in the same sex all the time, and I don't think so. -p6
Then I had two more kids and then it went better for some reason, I don't know why. My kids have given me a lot.
Yes, somehow they've gone somewhat free of my black vision, so they brought in a lot of fun, and a lot of light, and joy. And they are all three very as well as strong and independent and individualistic and so on. It has yielded an enormous amount. And you learn a lot from your kids /laughs/ -p1
Speaking of lesbians who found each other, as Christianity sometimes condemns
I am not gay myself. I live with a man and have kids and so on. But I still feel like it's going to be very… I feel that… It's just such an incredible thought error I think -p4
